Add the county government, the courts, and the county facilities, and Florence generates a constant stream of transport buses, food service and commissary trucks, laundry and supply runs, and contractor traffic, most of it arriving on SR 287 from Coolidge and I-10 or on SR 79 from the Phoenix side.
